Here’s another word that seems to be invalid by Apple: `Beta`
Our app was rejected because we used a logo that displayed the word `Beta`.
After submitting without the word it got accepted.

Apple wanted to set a path for themselves and their products. This is evident from their products . But it seems they wanted to show that, they are different in all aspects.

@anton, the term ‘Lite’ used frequently in the app store means exactly the same thing, to me at least. It’s just a question of marketing.

I agree with Apple, Demo is not good word, because associates with all those limited programs for Windows, for i.e.
