15% of social media reviews might be fake by 2014

Analysts predict that by 2014 at least two Fortune 500 brands will be facing litigation from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) due to paying for fake social media reviews.

The study performed by Gartner suggests that by 2014 up to 15% of all social media reviews will be fake!
