Once our Sales Manager, Aron has returned to Inchoo to take on a strategic new role as our Customer Success Manager. Holding an MBA equivalent from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, he combines academic depth with two decades of expertise in eCommerce and Magento.
Aron’s career has seen him evolve alongside the industry. Before rejoining Inchoo, Aron worked at Klevu, one of the early pioneers in AI-powered product discovery. There he served as a Solutions Architect and later as a Customer Success Manager, collaborating with international teams and global brands. This additional perspective further strengthened his ability to connect technology, user behavior and commercial results.
In his current role at Inchoo, Aron acts as a vital bridge between business strategy and delivery teams, ensuring our clients have clarity of direction and measurable outcomes. His true professional "sweet spot" is UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), where even small improvements can make a significant impact on a store’s bottom line.
Aron is also a familiar face at international conferences, guest lectures, and speaking engagements. He is actively involved with eCommerce Croatia, an association that supports the country’s growing ecommerce community through meetups, educational programs, and its annual conference.
When he isn’t identifying growth opportunities, Aron is usually on the move. A travel enthusiast, he recently completed a five-day road trip through six countries with his son. He’s also the resident king of word puns and dad jokes, measuring each one’s success by the intensity of the side-eye he gets from his daughter.
